Our training in Paris is aimed at enthusiasts as well as professionals in the restaurant and hospitality sectors, students, or those passionate about a career change.
Two levels of wine training are available, from Level 1 for beginners to Level 2 for intermediate learners. Each program combines theoretical input with tastings.
We place great importance on selecting our beers, which are mostly artisanal and chosen for their authenticity. They truly reflect traditional craftsmanship.
You can attend our courses in English and bilingual French-English.
As part of the LTE certification, your training includes practical workshops in English, both spoken and written. You will take your LTE test in English, which evaluates and certifies general and professional English skills from level A1 to level C2 of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR).
The LTE certification allows funding for your English and bilingual French-English training through the CPF.
What is the LTE certification?
The LTE certificate (LanguageCert Test of English) is an international English language proficiency exam recognized across Europe. It assesses both written and spoken English skills in professional contexts, based on the CEFR (Common European Framework of Reference for Languages), from levels A1 to C2. This test is particularly well-suited for the needs of businesses, educational institutions, and individuals seeking to certify their English level for academic or professional purposes.

Our training programs in English on wines, spirits, beers and sake can be financed under the LTE certification through your CPF account. The direct link to your CPF account is displayed on every training page.
