Spirits enthusiasts, professionals, or those transitioning to careers in spirits and mixology can improve their knowledge and gain the LTE English certification—at their own pace, from anywhere in the world.

The training is 100% flexible, with no live sessions at specific times.

Our online courses cover the same materials as in-person training, but through an interactive online classroom that allows you to study alongside dozens of other candidates from around the world, under the guidance of a dedicated trainer from London.

For each course, you will receive training manuals, access to the online platform, and you can request your tasting kit specially designed for online training.

The international online platform gives you access to photo and video content, quizzes, exercises, flashcards, and mock exams.
All content is available for one year.

Our online training is aimed at wine enthusiasts, as well as professionals in the restaurant and hospitality industry, students, or those looking to change careers.

Three levels of training are available, from Level 1 for beginners to Level 3 for advanced learners. Each program combines theoretical knowledge and tastings.

Spirits selected for tasting are curated with attention to diversity and quality, representing a wide range of origins, styles, and production methods, from artisanal to iconic labels.

You can take our courses in English or in a French-English bilingual format.

As part of the LTE certification, your training includes practical workshops in English, both written and spoken. You will take your LTE test in English, which assesses and certifies general and professional English skills from level A1 to level C2 of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR). 

The LTE certification allows for funding of your training through the CPF.

What is the LTE certification?

The LTE certificate (LanguageCert Test of English) is an international English language proficiency exam recognized across Europe. It assesses both written and spoken English skills in professional contexts, based on the CEFR (Common European Framework of Reference for Languages), from levels A1 to C2. This test is particularly well-suited for the needs of businesses, educational institutions, and individuals seeking to certify their English level for academic or professional purposes.

Weeno is an official French training company certified by Qualiopi.

MY CPF ACCOUNT

Our training programs in English on wines, spirits, beers and sake can be financed under the LTE certification through your CPF account. The direct link to your CPF account is displayed on every training page.

If you are an employee, we are authorized to issue training agreements for your company and your funding organization (OPCO).

Self-employed workers, shopkeepers, and professionals can access the training. They are required to contribute to the funding of their training by making a payment to an authorized collection agency, such as URSSAF. Ask your accountant to identify your collection agency, contact that agency, and obtain their approval for reimbursement.

The Personal Training Account (CPF) is part of a broader system, which applies to civil servants and public sector contract workers to fund training programs.

Contact your local human resources department for more information on using this system, as certain conditions must be met.
